Giddy up, bucko, because the Halloween Special of 2021 for coming for We Need To Talk About is coming soon!

This year, those Middle Aged Movie Boys Dave and Luke are once again looking at something that they were made to watch as children whilst they were in school. It's the BBC Schools Look & Read series, in particular the Dark Towers story!

This series was designed to help them with their reading, writing, and spelling, but ended up becoming literally the stuff of so many nightmares for young school children. It featured the character Wordy in the educational scenes that helped to break up the scary bits that involved two teenagers, a dog, a ghost that doesn't leave his bed and another ghost, the terrifying Tall Knight and is played by Chewbacca himself Peter Mayhew.

Oh, there are also some dodgy villain characters who are out to steal from the towers and set them on fire, led by the dame of panto himself, Christopher Biggins, which would lead onto Luke's fear of the great man himself, which remains to this day!

So, in order to build up interest in this episode, we've put an epic cinematic movie-style trailer to make this small budget educational programme look like a big budget Hollywood epic. So, what are you still doing here, reading the description? Start getting it in your ears!
