These videos are as spoiler free as they can be no main line story or quest or enemy encountered whatsoever so feel free to watch but do keep in Mind though if you like do quests reaching shadow keep will change some quests so rather not do the skip at this time and reach Shadow Keep through Main Story.

In this video i am showing a path that you can take to reach Shadow keep as early as you start the game not that its recommended as the area is higher level than your character so early game but can be good run through (try not to fight enemies except ones that are necessary) to grab some nice loot upgrade meds weapons and ashes of wars to have them in your arsenal before properly tackeling the game.

By taking this Route and Castle Ensis Skip you would have skipped 2 Main bosses of the story and can always go back to them and take on the fight after grabing upgrades and making your character more stronger.
