Getting to Grips with Simple Cake Structures | Structuring a Gravity-Defying Character Cake | Minion

Hey Cake Chums and welcome back to another video.
It's a bit of a random one this week, as I promised the attendees at my recent Norbert the Nordic Gnome (or Gonk) Zoom Demonstration that I would film an extra video to show them how I built the structure for Norbert. Surprising simple, it's the perfect base on which to structure all sorts of gravity-defying character cakes, such as gonks, minions or even elephants balancing on ornate plinths (it will all make sense when you watch the video).
