The DCU Needs Wally West to be The Flash, Not Barry

The Flash Season 9 will end the Arrowverse, The Flash movie will end the DCEU... with Barry Allen bringing the end of the two primary live action DC universes of the 2010s and early 2020s, I believe it's time for the second Barry Allen era of The Flash which started in 2008 to come to an end and for the second Wally West era to begin again. The DCU Flash franchise should pass the torch back again from Barry to Wally and I have an idea for how to do it.
