Cemu 1.11.3 BOTW Static 60fps Mod from Epigramx To Prevent Micro Stuttering

Download depending on you frame average since this mod wont help you to increase more frames has the title says is to prevent stuttering.

I got some frames down a bit due to my shaders for v1.5.0 is still incomplete (6k)
Stuttering was more notable in v1.3.0 to v1.4.1 as you can see in one of my old videos
