The Emmy-nominated series House of Cards has siphened the time of Netflix "subscribers" and binge watchers everywhere. Most fans have been lured in by the House of Cards iconic theme song, composed by Jeff Beal. Learn how to play it on piano with this tutorial!

Kevin Spacey plays the role of Frank Underwood, a Congressmen flowing with vengeance and retaliation against those who've betrayed him. In this tale of political empowerment, Spacey plays his trademarked maniacal character and acts as the centrpoint of the series.

Jeff Beal, in collaboration with director David Fincher, sought for the perfect score for the series. In an interview with Musicroom, Beal explains the creative and artistic process that goes into composing the House of Cards theme song. Demonstrating on the piano, Beal articulates how the theme is built on Frank Underwood's character, grand and opulent, yet dark.
