The Turbo Boost Test bench is designed for comprehensive finish inspection and tuning of automotive turbochargers installed on engines up to 3 liters. It can also be used for development and production of new or hybrid turbines and tuning.

Turbo Boost Test performs tuning and testing of turbochargers in dynamic mode. The turbocharger rotor is rotated up to 99999 (rpm). For this purpose, not only compressed air but also heated oil is supplied to the turbocharger.

During the test, graphs are automatically plotted to show the supercharger inlet and turbocharger outlet flow relationships. This allows a high-quality diagnosis of the turbine to be carried out, accurately determining the condition of the individual components. The graph plotted during the test is easy to analyze, as the screen shows the reference graph (test plan graph) in addition to the actual graph, and when two or more starts are performed, the previous graph is shown with a dotted line.
