Vigo-Teis

San Salvador de Teis is a parish and neighborhood of the municipality of Vigo, whose southern part is part of the urban nucleus. According to the INE, it had 2,486 inhabitants in 2018. It borders the center of Vigo, Candeán, Sampayo and San Juan del Monte. It has 6 population entities (Mouta, Paradela, Paraixal, Presa, Pugariño, and Rorís) and 35 places (Arnela, Cacharela, Calzada, Cancelo, Caños, Chumba, Coutadas, Espiñeiro, Ferreira, Flores, Foxos, Frián, Guía, Guixar , Church, Lagoa, Laranxo, Maceiras, Montecelo, Oliveira, Padín, Poulo, Punta, Ribeira, Ríos, Rotea, Santa Trega, Tizón, Tobel, Toural, Trapa, Travesán, Troncal, Valbarda and Xorxa). It is located on the slopes of Mount de la Guía and Mount de la Madroa.
