Soaked Whole Moth (भीगी हुई मोठ ) - 1 cup ( 100 gms )
Tomato (टमाटर ) - 2
Onion - 2
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida (हींग ) - 2 pinch
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 1 tsp
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2tsp
Garam masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 2 inch pc
Garlic - 2 to 3 pcs
Bay leaves- 1
Salt (नमक ) - more than 1 tsp or to taste
Kashmiri Lal mirchi - 1/2 tep
Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) (finely chopped )
