Family Empowerment Roundtable 2024

The Family Empowerment Roundtable event held on June 15th at California State University, Fresno, was a significant milestone for PIQE, attracting families from the Modesto and Fresno areas. The event featured inspiring remarks by CSU Fresno President Saúl Jiménez-Sandoval, an address from PIQE President and CEO Gloria Corral, and a keynote speech by California Senator Anna Caballero. This large-scale family resource event, the first of its kind for PIQE, provided a platform for families to engage with a panel of parent leaders and ambassadors and participate in valuable breakout sessions. The participation and positive feedback underscored the impact and importance of PIQE's mission to empower families through education and community engagement.
