2024 F1 Mexican GP QUALIFYING by Peter Windsor

Описание к видео 2024 F1 Mexican GP QUALIFYING by Peter Windsor

Ferrari's Carlos Sainz superbly took the pole for the Mexican GP, recording two laps in Q3 that eclipsed his opposition. Red Bull-Honda's Max Verstappen qualified an excellent P2 in a car that his team-mate, Sergio Perez, found virtually undriveable; Lando Norris finished P3 for McLaren-Mercedes on a day when his team-mate, Oscar Piastri, failed to climb out of Q1 - and the two Mercedes drivers - George Russell and Sir Lewis Hamilton - will start P5/P6 behind Ferrari's Charles Leclerc. In this video Peter Windsor looks at the ebbs and flows of qualifying, to its ties to FP1 on Friday and to the relative performance of the cars.
