When Simvastatin is combined with Amiodarone there is an increased myopathy resulting in muscle pain, weakness, fatigue and even there is an increased risk of rhabdomyolysis can be observed. All these side effects can be attributed to raised levels of simvastatin but how this interaction can be observed with amiodarone?
