Ingredients

2 cup sattu flour (roasted gram flour), wheat flour, spices like red chili powder, haldi powder 1/2 tsp, chopped inch, 5 chopped garlic, 2 green chilies, coriander leaves, and 2 chopped onions salt to taste, lemon juice, mango pickle masala 2 tbsp,

Baingan bharta

2 Brinjal
Garlic 6
1 chopped onion
2 greenchilli
Green coriander
Kalaungi 1tsp
Ajwain 1tsp
Salt to taste


सत्तू ,प्याज,हरी मिर्च ,धनिया बारीक कटा हुआ ,नमक ,गेहूं का आटा, लहसुन ,अदरक ,निम्बू का रस ,आमचूर पाउडर,नमक स्वादानुसार,और पराठा बनाने के लिए घी या फिर तेल.
