Sangeetha Param, a 29-year-old from Bangalore, India, shares her courageous journey as a survivor of mental health challenges. Refusing to be defined by her conditions, she boldly identifies herself as a survivor, navigating through the complexities of bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder since her diagnosis in November 2014.

Over the course of the past decade, Sangeetha has experienced a myriad of highs and lows, marked by countless stories, lessons, mistakes, successes, and failures.
