可以吃到傳統的黑糖香氣,同時又能享受酥脆的口感
夏天的時候,配上香草冰淇淋也不錯搭喔~

材料:
無鹽奶油 45g
黑糖 20g
海藻糖 10g (沒有可用黑糖代替,會甜一些)
蜂蜜 10g (不可省略!!!)
蛋黃 10g(約半顆)
糙米粉 75g
杏仁粉 25g
小蘇打粉 1/4茶匙
肉桂粉 1/4茶匙(可省略)

This is a super easy recipe for gluten-free snacks. All you need to do is to use a mixer and keep beating until it's okay. You can enjoy the traditional brown sugar aroma and crispy texture at the same time. In summer, it's also great to serve with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
Unsalted butter 45g
Brown sugar 20g
Trehalose 10g (can be replaced with brown sugar, will be sweeter)
Honey 10g (must not be omitted!!!)
Egg yolk 10g (about half an egg)
Brown rice flour 75g
Almond flour 25g
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp (can be omitted)
