Ginger scallion lobster ingredients:
2 lobster
1/2 tsp salt ,1/2 pepper
1 cup corn starch

sauce for sauteed:
-2 tbsp cooking oil
2 scallion
-1 thumb ginger
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch,1/2 cup watch
1 tbsp butter
salt, pepper for taste.
