1. What if the source for your inventory?
We have many different sources for the cars and trucks we stock. Vehicles may be purchased at dealer sales, at off-lease sales, directly from large franchise dealers, from credit unions and banks. We resell cars with clean titles only, this means we never retail salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed, insurance claim, flood or other gray market vehicles unless specifically noted.
2. Are all of the vehicles listed on your website available on your lot?
No, many of the vehicles we offer are available to us by one of our national lenders. This means some are located at other locations and won't be available for test drive.
3. Do you have all titles on hand for your vehicles?
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale, titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in Tennessee and guarantee clear titles on all vehicles that we sell. If having title on hand is of critical importance to you, please call to verify its disposition prior to contracting for sale.
4. What fees are there besides the purchase price?
The fees include taxes, tag and shipping fees. We have zero dealer fees or document fees.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept certified cashier checks drawn on US Banks in US funds. We also accept financing checks from your local bank or credit union, we are also happy to arrange financing for you.
6. Do you do any financing?
Yes. We have a large network of lenders and will work to get you the best rate posible. Also we have the ability to help those who are credit challeneged with our own in house financing company. We are happy to work with your local bank or credit union to get the paperwork processed and your deal financed. In most cases it takes less than a day to get the paperwork finished.
7. I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am paying cash?
Cash Purchase from Out of State
You make a $500 deposit
We contact each other via email and phone to finalize the transaction
You FedEx certified funds for the remaining balance due plus any shipping charges
When we receive your funds we ready the car for shipping, and deliver it to the local shipping terminal if needed - Your new car is now on it's way to you, typical delivery time is 7 to 14 days.
We send you duplicate copies of the bill of sale, one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return
When we receive the signed bill of sale, we FedEx all title documentation
You pickup your car at the destination terminal
Transaction Complete!
8. I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am financing with my local credit union / bank?
Working with your bank:
You make a $500 deposit
We contact each other via email and phone to finalize the transaction
We fax all required paperwork to your bank, including copies of the Purchase Order and Title documentation
Your bank sends certified funds for the remaining balance due
We FedEx your banking institution the title to the vehicle
When we receive your funds we ready the car for shipping, and deliver it to the local shipping terminal if needed - Your new car is now on it's way to you, typical delivery time is 7 to 14 days.
We send you duplicate copies of the bill of sale, one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return
You pickup your car at the destination terminal

9. What type of service do you do to the cars before selling them?
All cars are professionally cleaned before sale. If there are any mechanical issues noted during inspection, they are addressed before the car is sold. Any issues that we elect not to fix are disclosed.
10. How do I know the car is in the condition stated?
We are experts in the auto business and have personally inspected thousands of vehicles. We do our best to point out the shortcomings in the cars and trucks that we sell. If you are interested in an extended warranty for your new car or truck purchase, please let us know.
11. Do you accept trades?

12. How much is transportation?
We are pleased to offer for a limited time free transportation to anyone who purchases a vehicle from us and lives within 150 miles of the dealership. Anything over that we charge at a low rate depending on the current cost of fuel. We are also happy to pick you up at the Nashville Airport that is only a few mintues away from our facility.
