Just think about it. You get a chance to eat a healthy breakfast, exercise, plan your day, catch up on things, and even relax.
You basically get to do more.

If you have not been meditating, it’s high time you started. It’s never too late, I must add. Meditation is an excellent way to relieve yourself from everyday stresses and ease up the tension. What’s more, meditation offers some great health benefits, specifically to your mental state, by helping in ridding your brain of unnecessary and negative thoughts.
