PROBLEMS: HOW TO FIX a Briggs and Stratton TWIN CYLINDER RIDING LAWNMOWER engine that has been SITTING in STORAGE too long , repair it and make it run. Been sitting outside way too long and Someone TAMPERED with it and screwed things up. ALSO DIFFICULT: HOW TO REMOVE a STRIPPED Main Jet from a carburetor. WILL NOT START after outside rain snow water STORAGE. BRIGGS and STRATTON Industrial Commercial model 19.5 horsepower opposed TWIN CYLINDER motor. MAJOR and MINOR PROBLEMS FIX and repair: CLEAN and Rebuild carb. float adjustment needle valve gaskets and procedure. Check test and inspect all components. BENCH TEST , HEAR IT RUN!
