Hi friends! This is my first time trying It's Bel Cosmetics and holy smokes, where have I been?! I'm creating 2 looks today with their new palette, Cool Summer, a tribute to summer in cool colors. This is the first eyeshadow palette from It's Bel Cosmetics that has a brand new matte formula along with their famous metallics and duochrome formula they are known for.
