International Crisis Management Summit London, highlights

On November 10 2016 some of the most senior figures in global travel attended the inaugural International Travel Crisis Management Summit (ITCMS) in London.

Developed by Jacobs Media Group, the publishers of Travel Weekly, the ITCMS is designed to bring the various actors in a crisis together to forge links and a common approach to crisis management.

The 2016 conference explored the role of business and government in crisis response, how to manage reputation and media during a live event before addressing long -term reputation management after a crisis.

Following the successful launch event two ITCMS conferences are planned for 2017. The first will take place in Skopje, Macedonia on 20 June before returning to London, UK on 9 November.
