I shall start off by saying both offenders are using accounts of other players to boost/wintrade with. They have access to multiple square enix accounts to organize win trading on ALL datacenters. The player using the (Elnelia Gienthim) is using the account of a friend to continue griefing others which are acknowledged by both parties. The player controlling one of these accounts named Chelsea Bee who was recently permanent ban over a series of severe harassment. These players are known to be a blight across every data center with targeted harassment. They have threatened players who report them and have caused many players to leave or quit FFXIV entirely. They continue to break the rules of the game while eluding punishment for their additional accounts. They can affect evade permanent ban with the use of different accounts + VPN.
