Welcome to the July 2025 construction update for Sansa County, Hyderabad’s first and largest integrated township, proudly developed by Auro Realty.

Spanning a massive 313 acres, Sansa County is a visionary project that brings together premium villas, residential apartments, office spaces, and retail areas to create a vibrant, self-sustaining community. In this video, we take you through the latest progress across the township. Major milestones include the completion of the main entrance and 80 ft BT road, internal landscaping, and the installation of 200+ streetlight poles.

In Sector 1, all 953 villas have reached structural completion within just 21 months, with significant progress in waterproofing, internal and external finishing, and flooring. Work on both clubhouses in Sector 1 is underway, with basement slabs progressing well.

Sector 2 is also rapidly advancing, with structural work completed for over 250 villas and model villas now ready for customer visits.

Sector 3 has received its RERA number, and excavation has begun. Additionally, steady progress is being made in the office towers, residential apartments, shopping complex, and sports center.
