The property is nestled in the heart of Cinco Ranch, one of the nation’s top-selling master planned communities for the last seven years.

LaCenterra is developed and managed by Houston-based Vista Companies in partnership with Denver-based Amstar.

Phase l Opened March 1, 2007 with 165,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 96,097 sq. ft. of Class A office space.

Phase ll LaCenterra’s second-phase expansion opened in early summer of 2013 and includes an additional 40,000 sq. ft. of retail space as well as Central Green, an outdoor event venue, developed in a private/public partnership with a local municipal utility district. Opened in June of 2013, Central Green is a signature multi-purpose event center providing the community with an outdoor venue for special events, concerts, festivals and community gatherings. The space provides an open lawn area on the south side of LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and can comfortably seat up to 1200 people.

Phase lll Broke ground in November of 2013 and will consist of 37,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 36,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space and a parking garage.
