I took the efficiency numbers we got on the NE DIPA maiden voyage of our Brewzilla 65L all in one system from Kegland and applied those numbers to a West Coast DIPA to find out a few things:

1. What's the impact flaked adjuncts have on efficiency?
2. Is that the reason why we got such poor efficiency on the first beer we brewed in the new, bigger system?

I answer those questions and move through our brew day process testing out the new rig in this weeks video.
