On Friday, 24 January 2025, Fenix Resources' Executive Chairman, John Welborn, hosted an investor webinar detailing the Company's operational progress, strategic direction and growth plans.

Fenix delivered a transformational December 2024 quarter, achieving significant milestones in its strategy to triple annual iron ore production to 4Mtpa in 2025. The Shine Iron Ore Mine commenced operations at full Stage 1 capacity, complementing the consistent performance of the Iron Ridge Mine. Fenix shipped a record 593,580 wet metric tonnes (wmt) of iron ore during the quarter, while consolidated C1 cash costs averaged A$82.8/wmt, generating a net operating margin of A$31 per dry metric tonne. The company expanded its portfolio with strategic acquisitions of the Beebynganna Hills and Beebyn North tenements and progressed approvals for the Beebyn-W11 project, set to commence production in 2025. Fenix ended the quarter with A$56.9M in cash, reinforcing its ability to fund growth while delivering strong operational results.
