Описание к видео Best Way for Therapists to Utilize the MATRIX Gait Trainer for Stroke Patients' Independent Mobility

https://parrpt.com/product/best-parki... As opposed to spinal cord injuries or Parkinson’s disease, patients who have had a stroke can especially benefit from the unilateral adjustability the MATRIX Gait Trainer provides in both the upper arm rests and bungee cord supports. If one arm has either more tone or spasticity, and you as the therapist or caregiver are focusing on the lower body in your gait training sessions, you can move and secure either the left or right hand rail up or down independently.
The bungee cord support system, that attaches comfortably to both the knee and foot, facilitates the gait cycle by supporting the side that was more affected by the stroke either in its flaccidity or a tension. In this module, Jonathan Parr (PT, CSCS, EP, MCMT, CBIS) addresses many of the customization features you can utilize with many common issues your stroke patients are actively learning to overcome.
