Als „großer Bruder“ der MAUS 600 und 900 bietet die MAUS 1400 eine noch höhere Leistungsdichte mit einem Bearbeitungsraum für große und schwere Gussteile bis zu 600 kg Gewicht und 1400 mm Durchmesser. Die MAUS 1400 verfügt über bis zu drei Werkzeuge, ohne einen zeitintensiven Werkzeugwechsel durchzuführen, was eine äußerst flexible Bearbeitung ermöglicht. Die optional verfügbare Laservermessung gleicht Toleranzen im Zehntelmillimeter-Bereich aus und stellt so fertige Konturen sicher.

The latest member of the MAUS family is the powerful MAUS 1400. As the "big brother" of the MAUS 600 and 900, the MAUS 1400 offers an even higher power density with a machining area for large and heavy castings weighing up to 600 kg and 1400 mm in diameter. The MAUS 1400 has up to three tools without the need for time-consuming tool changes, allowing for extremely flexible machining. The optionally available laser measurement compensates for tolerances in the tenth of a millimeter range, ensuring finished contours.

The combination of a MAUS grinding machine and the innovative MAUS CAAT self-optimization software offers a total package that is so far unique on the market.
