A review and demo of the new 2019 limited edition PRS SE Custom 24 in Trampas Green.

A first for PRS, this SE Custom 24 features a Roasted Maple Neck and fretboard. Carefully roasted via torrefaction in specially designed chambers to cure the wood, this process removes any water, oils, sugars and resins resulting in incredible stability, stunning looks and a lovely feel.

With 24 frets the PRS Wide Thin neck profile is a joy to play on, allowing for long stretch jazz chords and legato runs just as well as big blues bends and fast arpeggios. The classic PRS Bird Inlays guide your way in distinctive fashion, ensuring you never lose your way on even the darkest of stages.
The PRS SE Custom 24 features two PRS 85/15 'S' pickups to give you transparent and bright tone.

With a push/pull tone control for coil tapping you get a fantastic assortment of sounds, from screaming humbucker to twangy single-coil that makes this guitar perfect for wielding in a variety of situations and usable in a host of genres. A 3-way Blade Switch lets you choose a variety of pickup combos, ensuring your perfect tone is never far away.

With a PRS Patented Tremolo you can dip, dive and flutter to your heart's content, assured in the knowledge your guitar will always stay in tune. In conjunction with the PRS-Designed tuners, you get pinpoint intonation and reliable tuning stability whether you're on stage or in the studio. The Nickel hardware complements the finish beautifully, so you know you're looking just as good as you sound.
