Business Model Development Workshop, Woodstock, Georgia

Fresh Start Cherokee program has teamed up with the GT Venture Lab using their I-Corps program to bring you the Business Model Development Workshop: Friday, April 12th 8am-12pm at The Circuit. For four Fridays, we’ll meet as a community and work on our business models together: asking tough questions, poking holes in theories, challenging our assumptions, and discovering who our customer is, what they truly need, how to identify and solve their problems, what is the clear value proposition, and how to match our model to the right market. Our very own Colin Ake, of GT Venture Lab and councilman for the City of Woodstock as well as huge supporter of our entrepreneurship ecosystem, will help guide our workshops.
