Tips
Roughly get rid of the juice from the kimchi as it's very watery but we don't need to squeeze completely.
Highly recommended to place sunny lettuce before the kimchi as the rice won't become messy.
I'm using medium grain rice in this video.
Please adjust the amount of kimchi and rice.
I dip in some soy sauce when I eat. You also can use some mayonnaise instead.
You can arrange your own ingredients with kimchi like sliced carrots canned tuna chopped spring onion etc.

Ingredients (3 rolls)
3 sheets of Seaweed
600~630g Cooked rice
1Tbsp 1tsp Sesame oil
10~15 big Tbsp Kimchi
3 sticks Cucumber
A half Avocado
Some sunny lettuce
Some kimchi (for finishing)
