Now I'm a middle aged man, I feel the problems us 40+ year old feel. A key one for me is relaxing, I find it hard to switch off because there's always something that has to be done, something needing my time and it leaves little, if any opportunity for me to relax and feel inspired by the things that I love...like songwriting. In this video I am writing a song about a moment of pure relaxation and I hope to write a song that will help me access that feeling again and again.
