Pike Fishing at Newenden | A Fun Day Out, Despite the Flop! 🎣

Join me for a fun fishing session on the East Sussex/Kent border at Newenden, where I meet up with three friends for a relaxing day by the river. We kick things off with fresh coffee and bacon butties on the bank, setting the perfect vibe for a chilly day.

Unfortunately, James and I didn’t manage to land any pike this time, but true to form, the Goodwins showed us how it’s done, reeling in some great catches. James added plenty of laughs with his usual antics, including some mischief involving his catapult!

Even without a catch for me, it was a brilliant day full of laughs, good company, and catching up with James after months apart. Sometimes, it’s not just about the fish – it’s about the memories made along the way. 🎣
