Liverpool City Council, in collaboration with APSE, has created a multi-lot procurement framework which brings market-leading suppliers of Underground Refuse Solutions and associated equipment and services together in one place. The framework is designed to be flexible to cater for individual requirements and is available to all Public Sector Organisations across the UK.

At the URS framework launch event online launch event on 10 February 2021, APSE provided potential buyers with an introduction to Underground Refuse Solutions and how they can transform refuse collection processes, guidance on how to use the framework and the opportunity to meet and interact directly with the suppliers.

The Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) is owned by its members and, working on their behalf, maintains and develops a network of local government officers, managers and councillors from local authorities across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
