This is how to make peri peri sauce, peri peri chicken and peri peri masala spice mix recipe at home.

RECIPE:

For Burger Buns:
475g Stong Flour
7g instant dry yeast
5g brown sugar
275g warm water
50g Light Olive oil
10g Sea salt

To cook the lentils:
200g green lentils
400gwater
1tsp Vegetable bouillon or 1 Vegetable stock cube

For Lentil Patties:
All the cooked lentils
30g-40g strong flour
1tsp ground coriander seed
1/2tsp smoked paprika
1/2tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2 msg or substitute with Nutritional yeast
30g light olive oil

For Vegan “Cheese”:
50g neautral oil
50g strong flour
1tsp Dijon mustard
1tsp paprika
1tsp nutritional yeast
1/4tsp turmeric
1/2tsp salt
200g Water

For Burger Sauce
100g Vegan Mayo (please see video to make your own)
2tbsp peri peri sauce (follow my peri peri recipe)
1tsp ground coriander
1/2tsp paprika
1/2tsp chilli powder
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

For Garnish
Sliced pickles, fresh tomato, shredded lettuce
