This is the story of how I found joy again. During one of the darkest times of my life, I began healing my soul. On days when there was no sun in sight, hope can always be found in the smallest things.
Every day I wake up and set my intention for the day. We decide what the story of our life will be everyday when we rise. These are the days I picked myself up, by throwing myself a "favorites" day and dancing my heart out. Where I wandered around Paris and let myself get lost; where I treated myself with love and kindness and to a home cooked meal and bad tv. These are the moments when I turned off my phone and spent a few hours making pottery and listened to the rain on my window. Or when I woke up early and welcomed the quiet and stillness, picking up a pen to make drawings. These are the moments I spent with online friends sharing our goals and manifestations, reflecting and supporting each other, realizing that community is everything and we are never truly alone if we don't want to be. I tried to capture these moments but if you take away just one thing: it's never too late to begin again. I love you, thanks for being my friend.
