The rig to drill Uganda’s long-awaited oil sank into the grounds at the Kingfisher on Tuesday casting away any doubt that Uganda would delay its commercial oil production. With commercial oil just two years away now, the focus is slowly shifting to how ready Uganda’s government is to apportion the revenues that will flow from the Black Gold.
