I found that the Brondell 1400 had the most features for the price and that I found important ie: heated water and a dryer. A friend of mine had the same model and him and his family love theirs so the Brondell 1400 was the one.
The seat arrived quickly and the install was dead easy, make sure that you have an outlet close to the toilet because if you don't have one you will have to have it installed which could get pricy depending on the electrician. It fit on the American Standard elongated bowl almost perfectly.
Using the seat is very intuitive and it works awesome. The water temperature can be set to your liking, the seat temp can set to your liking and the spray width and pressure can be set as well. The best part is the ability to set the nozzle distance and it has the move function which goes back and forth for a better clean.
This is hard to describe but here we go: The washlet does a very good job of cleaning you, I still do "spot checks" with TP from time to time and I'm very confident now that I am very clean. The drying function is okay, its better with it than without it. I'm honestly not sure how you could make the drying function more effective without making it uncomfortable, maybe a more powerful fan but that's all I could think of.
