This is as budget as it gets. Logy can be swapped for someone else if you have better gear than I do (Ruven/Cordelia/SlashVal).
Mechanics:
-If you kill jellyfish while weasel is not stunned, its attacks changes into AoE.
The damage taken score is pretty tight, so generally you would want to set up your timeline so you can break weasel and kill jellyfish right after.
-If weasel's first tile is a support skill, reset the fight. That's a damage taken down buff that lasts the entire fight.

p.s. You could clear with a full nat 2* or lower team, but you'd still likely need at least 1 speed memoria. So at the end of the day, it's not really a budget clear.
