Thursday Boots Vanguard Review

Thursday Boots continue to be one of the best deals in Goodyear welted footwear, and one of my only criticisms in the past was their lack of transparency regarding their "made in either NYC or Mexico" description. It seems they've responded with a line of Made in the USA boots, and I got my hands on one of the flagship models: the Vanguard. This boot follows the classic design of the Red Wing Heritage line or Wolverine 1000 mile boots at a reduced price. Are these the best boots under $300? I'd say they're certainly a strong candidate.
The Thursday Boots Vanguard retails for $265 on their website or at their store in New York, I'd suggest giving these a try before you spend significantly more on an alternative.
