Bus Conversion Won't Start | Navi Needs to Move

Navi has been sitting all summer and winter is coming back fast. I need to get the bus started and moved to its winter location. Where it is currently sitting it will get snowed in and we won't be able to retrieve it. Navi has been giving me issues over the past few months. Something is going on with ignition, starter relay, or starter itself. In this video, we try to diagnose the problem and get this bus moving.
