Katie Marshall is a 23-year-old young professional residing in Downtown Greensboro. A graduate from the UNC Greensboro in 2011, she was works in Corporate Communication at Volvo Financial Services Global Headquarters. While at UNC Greensboro, she was an Orientation Leader, University Speaking Center Consultant, and Student Body President, and since graduation, Katie has become an active member in the community and UNCG Alumni which awarded her the "UNCG Young Alumni Award" recipient for 2012. Katie describes making the leap from college student to young professional. Her humor journey describing the transition leads her to very serious recommendation about preparedness.
