"Hello, this time I am going to repair a hydraulic excavator with a bucket capacity of 0.32㎥.
The ""bucket pin"" and ""dust liner"" are worn, the bucket moves a lot. The ""adapter"" that attaches the bucket's hooks also wears out and the hooks pull out with use.
First remove the bucket and replace the adapter, the adapter is soldered to the bucket, so cut it with acetylene gas. Solder and install new adapters.
The bushing is fitted with a press and is difficult to remove by hand. Weld the inner surface to reduce the outside diameter, or cut and remove the bushing.
When pressing on the bushing, you can easily press it in by making a dedicated bushing holder with the pin removed.
