Horrific Bus and Tractor-Trolley Accident on Pathankot Highway | Several Injured | No Casualties
A serious road accident occurred on the Pathankot Highway near Jeantipur, on the bridge close to Pakharpur village, creating panic among commuters. The accident involved a bus and a tractor-trolley, resulting in multiple injuries.
According to reports, the tractor driver and another person sitting with him sustained injuries, including a leg injury, while several passengers traveling in the bus were also injured in the collision. All the injured were immediately shifted to the hospital for medical treatment.
Police officials stated that no loss of life has been reported in the accident. The injuries are said to be minor to moderate, and the situation is under control. The tractor-trolley suffered partial damage, while preliminary investigation suggests that the bus went out of control due to high speed, leading to the collision.
