This interview question was asked in Uber's Frontend Interview for the SDE-2 level.

It is a React interview question that evaluates you're understanding of DOM manipulation, handling timers, and side effects.

The problem statement reads as:
Render C shape squares (25px) in a row. A square would have a border black and background-color white. Keep a space of 10px between squares.
Clicking on a square will change its color to green.
An unwinding process would start once all 3 squares are green. It will turn them back to white in the reverse order of clicks.
Unwinding should decolor boxes one by one with a delay of 1 second between them.
