“The Mexican colonel Sanders” started selling bibles from house to house, in the streets to provide for his family. Fast forward years later he has locations in Compton, Gardena, Long Beach!

Sadly, one day after filming at his location in Compton, the whole inside of his restaurant was destroyed by a driver that fell asleep on the wheel and crashed into the restaurant at 4 in the morning. He had to rent a food truck 🛻 to park in the back so he can continue to keep employees staffed and to keep obviously paying bills. If you go you might even see him out front swinging a SIGN 🪧 back and forth to let people know he’s still selling his delicious pollos asados. My repsect to him for continuing to stay postive after such a blow. Below is the address, if you feel like supporting go and visit anyone of the family locations.
