Autumn always smells like cinnamon, pumpkin and apples. And since we have delicious apples this year, why not to make an absolutely delicious and so easy to make Moist Apple Cake. You will enjoy its texture and cinnamon-apple flavour!

Ingredients

flour 250g
baking powder 5g
sugar 150g
a pinch of salt
3 eggs
butter (melted) 100g
milk 250ml
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
3 large apples
cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons

Instructions

1. In a bowl, sift flour, and baking powder, then add salt.
2. In a different bowl, whisk the eggs, then add sugar and continue to mix. Add vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter (at room temperature).
3. Peel off the apples and cut them into small cubes. Add cinnamon powder.
4. Add the flour mix to the mixture and whisk. In the end, add the apples with cinnamon and combine.
5. Pour in a large tin and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 40 minutes. Optionally, you can add some caster sugar on top of it after 20 minutes of baking.
