State of Youth - eSTATE - Katie Ryan.mov

Funded by Youth Music and delivered by Whitelab Records, The State of Youth Festival was an opportunity for some of Preston's young people to express their views of youth culture and to write and record their own tracks. Many wrote their own material and some performed covers. The young people even got the chance to produce their own music video and many were filmed for their live performance. Special thanks to alison (artists living in situations of need) for all their hard work making the videos. Thanks, also, to Daniel Squires for all his technical help, Katie Ryan and David Mettham for their support work throughout and any parents or friends of the centre who helped during the project. Finally, thanks to all the young people who took part.
