Alright, let’s jump straight into the biggest topic: Version 3.0 banners.
Now listen, things are getting wild because apparently we’re getting triple banners. It’s early info, so treat it like early info, but still, this is huge.
From what Hakush shared, Phase 1 of 3.0 is expected to introduce a brand-new 5-star, Lynae, and she’ll be running alongside reruns for Cartethyia and Ciaccona. Then Phase 2 of 3.0 is expected to brings us Moryne, another new 5-star, with Augusta and Iuno returning.
So basically 3.0 is giving all of us way too many decisions and not enough wallets.
Now let’s talk about these new characters because honestly, they sound really interesting.

pure supports that tie directly into the new combat mechanics coming in 3.0. So characters and gameplay are evolving together.
Speaking of gameplay, — let’s talk about the new mechanics because 3.x honestly sounds like a whole new era.
Ruben mentioned that early 3.x versions have a very strong sci-fi Golden Age and mecha inspiration. And honestly? I love that. It feels like we’re stepping into a completely different atmosphere, — high tech, futuristic, metallic vibes. Now, about the new transportation mechanic — and no, motorbikes are not the only one exploration mechanic.
Team Gemberry explained that in 3.x we’re getting this all-terrain transport vehicle. It was originally designed for scientists exploring the underground haven, but the funny part is the manual doesn’t actually forbid taking it for a joyride outside Startorch Academy… so you know what that means. We’re taking that thing everywhere.
Ruben also clarified that the motorbikes we saw before were never the main exploration method, — that was just a teaser example, like this one we got in version 1.4. 3.0 has something completely different prepared, and this new vehicle fits perfectly with the underground theme they’re building.
And there’s also a chance we finally get the new resource management system we’ve been waiting for, like we didn't got this one in 2.8. This one is honestly such a thoughtful quality-of-life update, each region will have its own downloadable pack, so you only install what you need. The game will clean up story files on its own, show you exactly how much storage things take, and just make everything easier.
Now let’s talk about 3.0 drip marketing and beta dates, — because I know a lot of you like planning your pulls and clearing your schedule early.
Since Version 2.8 is shorter than usual, drip marketing for 3.0 should also show up earlier, somewhere between November 25th and 27th. And the beta usually starts just a few days after drip marketing, so expect that shortly after, — maybe 1–2 days later or the following week.
As for the remaining 2.8 and early 3.0 schedule:
On November 24th, Whimpering Wastes Respawning Waters, and Chasm will reset. Then we go straight into drip marketing. Tower of Adversity resets on December 8th. The Special Program, I’m torn between two dates, but December 13th or December 19th look the most likely. After that, Phase 1 character showcases roll out around December 21st and the full showcase around December 23rd.
And finally, — Version 3.0 officially drops on December 25th. A Christmas release. They’re really gifting us or ruining our wallets on a holiday, depending on how you look at it.
Before we wrap up, there's also a small update to the Astrite calculation in version 2.8. This is the final count of pulls for version 2.8
