Karri Bryant, First Lady and wife of Pastor Jamal Bryant, recently claimed that “there is no manual on how to be, act, or look like a righteous woman of God.”

That statement alone exposes a serious problem — either ignorance of Scripture or a willful rejection of it.

The Bible is not silent on righteousness.
The Bible is not unclear on godly womanhood.
And the Bible most certainly IS the manual.

From Genesis to Revelation, God lays out how women who fear Him are to conduct themselves, dress modestly, speak wisely, submit to God’s order, and reflect holiness. To claim otherwise is to deny the authority and sufficiency of Scripture altogether.

What the Bible ACTUALLY Says About a Righteous Woman:
📖 Proverbs 31:10–31 — A virtuous woman fears the Lord, speaks wisdom, and walks in discipline.
📖 1 Peter 3:1–4 — Godly women are marked by a gentle and quiet spirit, not outward vanity.
📖 1 Timothy 2:9–10 — Modesty, self-control, and good works are commanded — not suggested.
📖 Titus 2:3–5 — Older women are commanded to TEACH younger women how to live godly lives.
📖 Proverbs 11:22 — Beauty without discretion is rebuked by Scripture.
📖 Proverbs 1:7 — The fear of the Lord is the foundation of all wisdom.

To say “there is no manual” is to say God did not give instruction — and that is a dangerous place for anyone, especially someone in spiritual leadership, to stand.
